Nutrify24 – Return and Refund Policy

At Nutrify24, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Products purchased directly from Nutrify24 are eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is provided.

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or partially used health products cannot be returned, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used supplements or health products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Products purchased from third-party sellers or retailers

Please contact the original seller for returns of items not purchased directly from Nutrify24.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item shipped)

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at support@nutrifyhealth.com with your order details.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once approved, ship the product back to the address provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
