How to Use.

RECOMMENDED USAGE LEVEL: Mix 1 scoop (6.7 g) with 240 ml of water. Enjoy it mixed in water or add to your favourite Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix, juice or tea. Take two times daily.

Store with the lid tightly closed, in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Recommended to consume the product within 30 days once the canister is opened. Product is required to be stored out of reach of children.

Not to exceed the stated recommended daily usage. Pregnant or lactating women should consult their physician prior to use of this product. This product is not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
